Veradigm Connect in Power: Inclusion and Innovation

Veradigm is dedicated to investing in and supporting minority owned or led health IT companies to help facilitate their growth. In recent years, progress has been made in addressing institutional disparities and discrimination, which historically impact minority populations and communities.
In 2021 we launched ADP Empower, a health initiative with the aim to promote diversity in the health IT industry. As we enter the second year of our program, we continue to learn and grow our approach and advance health equity. We believe the way forward is prioritizing these voices and addressing the systemic gaps and barriers to change the social determinants of health. In response, we are excited to align our values with our company and branding changes and introduce Veradigm Connect In Power – an equity focused public health approach whose goal is to invest and sustain innovation through alignment with minoritized entrepreneurs and “powering with” entrepreneurs in the fight for health care equity.
This initiative includes an empowerment package at no additional cost to minority-owned or led healthcare technology companies. This package includes an official Veradigm partnership, one-on-one guidance for technical, marketing and business development best practices, and client-facing opportunities to support lead generation. The goal is to provide Veradigm’s leadership, expertise, resources, technology, and support to underrepresented entrepreneurs, as well as facilitate a diverse community for fellowship and mentorship.
