At Veradigm, we work to transform healthcare, insightfully. This begins with our technology but extends through our philanthropic impact. Our company’s charitable giving program creates partnerships with leading organizations to address gaps in health equity and help ensure diversity in healthcare and technology continues to trend upward.

Our associates are incentivized to support their communities at a ground level through volunteer rewards and matching gift opportunities. When possible, we come together to build houses, mentor youth and help those in need. Together, our work is changing lives and improving healthcare for all.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Veradigm associates are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful and open work environment and culture comprising talented associates of diverse backgrounds. We strive to sustain a work environment in which each associate’s perspective, background, skills and abilities are valued in support of our mission to create solutions that enable smarter care for healthier patients, populations and communities.

Enrichment groups are associate led, self-directed voluntary groups that offer opportunities to network internally, attract a diverse associate base, provide the inclusion of ideas and solutions, and create opportunities for mentoring and career development. They are an integral component of Veradigm’s commitment to help drive change in diversity, equity and inclusion, making healthcare open—for everyone.


Veradigm Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Veradigm Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were created to support the three pillars of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy: community, culture and career. Through these groups, we hope to create a workplace where every voice is heard and valued.

  • Veradigm Generation Next (GenNext)
    Veradigm Generation Next (GenNext) is a career development group that provides Veradigm young professionals with opportunities to develop socially, professionally and civically. GenNext membership and events are open to all company associates who want to enrich their careers.
  • Veradigm Military Veterans and Supporters (VMVS)
    The Mission of VMVS is to support active and retired military personnel within our workplace through career opportunities and veteran employee visibility programs. The group will also adress the ongoing needs of the veteran community, recognize service members and families among us, and celebrate important events and holidays.
  • Veradigm Black Alliance (VBA)
    The VBA aims to highlight commonality and shared experience through professional development and mentorship opportunities across Veradigm. VBA members offers engaging content to celebrate its diverse culture.
  • Veradigm Pride Alliance (VPA)
    The VPA mission is to promote an inclusive, safe and open work environment that empowers LGBTQ+ employees and allies, as well as informs and educates associates through networking and outreach initiatives.
  • Women at Veradigm Engaging (WAVE)
    WAVE assists women in managing their careers and driving professional development, all while developing Veradigm as a workplace of choice and creating professional development opportunities for women to excel.
  • Hispanic or Latiné Alliance (HOLA)
    The mission of HOLA is to assist Hispanic and Latino/a associates in managing their careers and personal/ professional development. Through this group, we strive to build confidence, help associates connect with one another, find mentorship opportunities, and create a strong community.
  • Events and Culture Club (India)
    Our Events and Culture Club is a group of associates who go above and beyond to create a strong and lively community at Veradigm. From family days and cultural celebrations to sports tournaments, the India ECC team is always working hard to play hard - bringing fun, laughter and team-building to the office.
  • Toastmasters
    Toastmasters is a supportive and positive professional group aimed at helping members develop communication and leadership skills through activities such as public speaking workshops. These events result in greater confidence and personal growth.
