Natalia has the keen ability to positively influence diverse team members and manage all stakeholders to come together and achieve a common goal by quickly adapting to different situations and providing conflict resolution when needed.

Real World Data / Evidence Project Management Communication

Natalia is the Director of RWE Operations at Veradigm. With over 15 years of health industry experience in clinical and research settings, Natalia’s team oversees and contributes to the overall project management for the Real World Evidence team. She provides key oversight to the work the team performs for a variety of clients, including facilitating cross-department collaboration within Veradigm to meet our research goals in a secure and compliant way within our strict privacy standards.

Ms. Coenen joined Veradigm from IBM Watson Health (formerly Truven Health Analytics), where she provided project management services in the Federal healthcare space. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP® #2636641) and a certified scrum master (CSM® #001062378).

Outside of work you can find Natalia taking care of her son, in a boxing or GTX class, or playing with her dogs.
