Looking back on the first half of 2025, Veradigm has received notable industry recognition for innovation and our commitment to clients. These awards focused on Veradigm’s solutions and how they improve efficiencies, patient outcomes, and the bottom line. Specifically, Veradigm was awarded five Black Book Recognitions, a Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA) certification, and a KLAS Points of Light Award. These honors continue to build Veradigm’s reputation as a leader in healthcare technology, data analytics, payer solutions, and ambulatory EHR systems.

Black Book 2025 Top-Rated EHR Vendors by Specialty – #1 Ambulatory EHR (Family & Primary Care)

In February, Black Book ranked Veradigm #1 for both Ambulatory EHR Family Practice and Ambulatory EHR Primary Care General Practice in its 2025 Top-Rated EHR Vendors by Specialty. Veradigm received a 9.3/10 client satisfaction rating and high marks for navigation, telehealth integration, and client experience. Providers are busier than ever, facing high levels of burnout with overwhelming administrative tasks and simultaneously working to navigate the shift to value-based care. Highlighting, they need a partner that can help them adapt to regulatory shifts, break down data silos, improve patient engagement, and streamline practice workflows. By prioritizing provider needs and innovation to deliver an improved experience, including the launch of Veradigm Ambient Scribe in November 2024, Veradigm is building upon its’ commitment to improving the daily lives of providers. These tools enable providers to deliver better patient care through streamlined documentation, improved access to patient data, and more integrated care coordination.

Also in February, Veradigm was named the first and only EHR media provider to be validated and certified for EHR advertising by POCMA. Their independent auditor, Alliance for Audited Media, conducts a rigorous annual audit of a media company’s Point of Care offerings based on the association’s published verification and validation process. This certification demonstrates Veradigm’s commitment to transparency and accountability while raising healthcare providers’ awareness through innovative point-of-care marketing channels.

Black Book 2025 Top Rated Payer Enterprise Analytics – #1 in Overall Payer Analytics

Marking another Black Book recognition in April, Veradigm Payer Analytics was ranked the top overall payer analytics solution for health plans in 2025 for the second year in a row. The platform excelled across nine of 18 surveyed performance areas. Specifically, across a survey of over 1,300 users from 400+ payer and managed care organizations, Veradigm earned top category rankings for Data Integration Efficiency, Data Standardization Quality, Scalability and Flexibility, Benchmarking and Comparative Analytics, User Interface Intuitiveness, Customer Support Responsiveness, System Reliability and Uptime, Audit Trail Transparency, and Adaptability to Regulatory Changes. KLAS 2025 Points of Light – ValueBased Care Excellence

Later in the year, Veradigm was honored with the KLAS 2025 Points of Light Award for its case study titled “Optimizing Value-Based Care by Delivering Insights at the Point of Care” in May. This award recognizes successful collaborations between payers, providers, and healthcare technology companies that have led to improvements in patient experience, cost reduction, and efficiency gains for the healthcare industry. In partnership with Metroplex Medical Centres and one of the largest healthcare payer organizations in the country, the company integrated real-time alerts into the EHR, streamlining workflows, saving approximately 20 hours per week, reducing ED visits, and easing clinical burnout—all while supporting quality and cost efficiency. This case study and award recognized the challenges that many ambulatory care practices are faced with in terms of delivering exceptional quality care to growing patient populations while also meeting evolving industry standards. With the Veradigm Payer Insights platform, payers and providers can move together, insightfully, towards value-based care.

Black Book 2025 Top-Rated Claims Management RCM Software – #1 in Denial Management

In June, Black Book announced its 2025 rankings of top-rated Claims Management software vendors from 11,509 survey responses by verified end users in hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations. Veradigm received a #1 rating in Denial Management Software, with physician group users noting improved denial identification and appeal automation. With staff shortages and practice operations challenges plaguing provider practices, it can make navigating the end-to-end revenue cycle more difficult than ever. Staff recruitment and retention, ongoing training, and overhead costs make maintaining a healthy revenue cycle a time-consuming and onerous process for many practices. However, technology can empower providers to find a path to lower AR days, reduce claim errors, and see fewer denials compared to industry benchmarks. Veradigm’s integration with commonly used EHRs contributed to strong evaluations for efficiency and usability.

Black Book 2025 Top-Rated Vendors in AI-Powered RCM - AI for Risk Adjustment and Population Health Management

Also in June, Black Book announced the top-rated vendors in AI-powered RCM applications, which highlights the demand for AI solutions that drive improvements in coding accuracy, payment collection, prior authorization, compliance readiness, and more. Veradigm was recognized as a leader in the ‘AI for Risk Adjustment and Population Health Management’ category. With financial pressures mounting across healthcare providers in 2025, AI-powered solutions help to drive operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve financial outcomes. With near real-time visibility to monitor and manage risk adjustment revenue and a population-level view of gap closure opportunities, Veradigm’s AI solutions enable providers to predict health outcomes and optimize care delivery.

Black Book 2025 Top-Rated RCM Vendors serving U.S. Physician Practices - End-to-End RCM Software Platforms

For Veradigm’s fifth Black Book recognition, in June the company was named in the ‘End-to-End RCM Software Platforms’ category as a top Primary Care / Medicine-Based Practices vendor. According to Black Book’s survey, 81% of physician groups are actively replacing at least one RCM technology or service vendor in 2025 due to automation gaps or inadequate support for value-based care contracts, Veradigm’s Payerpath solution provides comprehensive RCM workflow automation, payer connectivity, and EHR interoperability. In turn, this can support organizations in enhancing revenue streams while simultaneously reducing waste.

Pushing Forward Towards 2026

Winning back-to-back Black Book accolades, both for payer analytics and ambulatory EHRs, demonstrates sustained high performance, adaptability, and user satisfaction. The KLAS award underscores Veradigm’s ability to deliver actionable insights that enhance care quality and efficiency in real-world clinical settings. Lastly, the POCMA certification shows Veradigm’s commitment to transparency and accountability for point-of-care marketing.

Veradigm’s cross-functional excellence, from revenue cycle solutions and payer analytics to provider EHR platforms and value-based care optimization are clearly illustrated. These recognitions position Veradigm as a wide-ranging force—supporting the healthcare ecosystem from payers to providers—affirming our mission: “Transforming health, insightfully.”
