Veradigm Announces Release of Payer Provider Platform to Facilitate Payer-Provider Interoperability

Pulse8 presented a preconference workshop on Leveraging Interoperability across the Payer-Provider Platform to Detect and React Faster and Better. This workshop took place on March 7 and introduced attendees to pragmatic information such as:

- Pulling Data and Pushing Alerts electronically to close Risk and Quality Gaps more efficiently
- Building an interoperable Payer-Provider Platform to connect all players across the Care Continuum
The preconference workshop highlighted the release of Veradigm’s new Payer Provider Platform, a novel solution that breaks down technology, data, and analytic walls between payers and providers. This platform enables technologies to share bidirectional data between providers and health plans without disrupting the provider’s workflow. It enables exchange of patient and clinical information that will impact Risk and Quality programs, among others, and pushes Risk and Quality gaps seamlessly into the provider’s electronic medical record (EMR) workflow.
