Veradigm’s Hypertension Registry

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains one of the most prevalent — and urgent — health issues in the world.

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition where the pressure in your blood vessels is persistently high. Nearly 48% of U.S. adults had hypertension during August 2021–August 2023 (47.7%), consistent with 48.1% reported during 2017–March 2020. The prevalence of hypertension increased with increasing age, with more than 70% of adults age 60 and older having hypertension.1,2

Veradigm Cardiology Registries, operated in collaboration with the American College of Cardiology, encompass cardiology’s largest outpatient quality improvement registry.
